a visit to the zoo & lucy's birthday

so on sunday i took mummy & daddy to the zoo - this time we saw heaps of animals and my favorites were the "very tall" giraffes

it was very hot and when we got home we all had a long nap after our big adventure

a lion!!! we heard the lions roaring, they were really very loud!

then yesterday i got daddy to drive us down to geelong to visit lucy for her birthday - she is three whole years old now! we had fun at her house instead of going out (it was 37C and horrible outside so we stayed inside in the cool) and then daddy drove us home at about 2pm. it takes about an hour to get home and so i had my nap very late and mum had to wake me up for dinner because i was so tired from all the fun i had!

we gave simon a lift home and he stayed for dinner (and beers with daddy) last night, he makes me laugh - silly simon!

anyway, that's about it for now i think - i've been at nanna & pa's house all day (nanna wasn't there, she was in tasmania for a few days) and now it's dinner time so i'd better be off!
