loquacious little lad

so we're all sick again... mum is still coughing and i'm going to try to get her in to see the doctor tomorrow. i have a cough too but not as bad as hers...
dad had the day off work yesterday because it was the queens birthday (huh?) and we all stayed at home... we were supposed to go and visit uncle simon & aunty jovi for a roast but we had to cancel because i was having "issues" - sorry uncle simon & aunty jovi!

since guggy's left it's been different around here but we have gotten into a different routine again and we are coping - mum is even cooking!!! real food!

mum & dad have made a list of all my words which i thought i'd share with you (these are what i actually say and if anything is in brackets, it's what i actually mean)

ta-ta (more urgent version of ta)
ta-ta-ta (surprisingly more urgent version of ta - could also be understood to mean "are you not listening woman?")
mommy (molly the dog)
meow (cat/kitty)

where are you?
doo doo (sleep)
uh oh...
yum
bubby (bubbles or baby)
moo
porpy

* these words are used fairly frequently

i can understand a lot more and i'm trying all the time to say new and interesting things so that i can have long and meaningful conversations with mum & dad one day soon

anyway, here is a photo of me at the airport vending machine when we took guggy to get her plane back to cape town - darn buttons are just a bit too high!
